It takes us 1-2 days to process your orders. Depending on your address and shipping method you selected, please see below estimated lead time to receive your package:

Express Shipping: Available for Metro Manila orders only

- You will receive your package the NEXT DAY upon ordering, excluding Sundays.

Standard Shipping:

* Metro Manila/ Greater Metro Manila: 1-3 days upon ordering

* North Luzon: 2-5 days upon ordering

* South Luzon: 2-5 days upon ordering

supportOrder Issues and Return

We sincerely apologize for any confusion.Β 

If one of the items in your order is on PRE-ORDER basis, our packing team must have partially fulfilled it that is why you've only received part of your order. The rest of your order will arrive in differentΒ packages and the shipping costs will remain the same.

In case you do not have a pre-ordered item, please get in touch atΒ ggm.orderfulfillment@gmail.comΒ with your order number and details of missing/ incorrect item.

For orders placed with payment method of GCash/ PayMaya/ Bank transfer, you have one (1) banking day to settle the payment. Unsettled orders will be automatically cancelled. Please send us a message through @glowgirl.mnl on Instagram or Glow Girl MNL on Facebook should there be issues with the payment.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we might get in touch with you to verify shipping details if needed.

Please ensure all shipping and contact info is correct before submitting your order. We do not allow cancellations or modifications of your order due to change of mind once it has been finalized.

As per RA #7394 IRR of RA Consumer Act of the Philippines

* Change of mind on buyer's part does not entitle refund or exchange of the items.

* Refund/ Exchange Policy does not apply if the product you bought is in perfect working condition or has no defect.

For items still covered by our given warranty, please get in touch with us to facilitate replacement.

REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE

- get in touch with us via our social media channels or email to verify your order number in our system.

- we will request you to send photos and/or videos of the product for initial assessment.

- item(s) will be replaced only if found defective.

- purchased item(s) must be in good physical condition. Defects due to improper use/ abuse is not covered by the warranty.

- with complete packaging, accessories, box, etc.

- purchased item(s) will be subject for testing and inspection.

- in some cases, we may no longer require you to return the defective item and we will just send you a replacement.

If in case the item(s) to be replaced is not available, the customer is entitled to choose other item(s) with the same amount or higher (additional payment will be charged).
