Select PAY IN 4 to avail 0% Interest installment plan. This option lets your split your purchase into 4 payments. You pay a down payment at the time of sale and the 3 remaining payments every two (2) weeks.
If you pass BillEase minimum credit criteria, you will be allocated an initial limit between ₱2,000 to ₱10,000. If you use BillEase every purchase and pay on time, your limit can increase up to ₱40,000.
You can sign up directly at the checkout page or at billease.ph. The sign up process only takes less than 3 minutes and you need to be at least 18 years old and have a valid government identification card.

When buying more than your limit, BillEase requires a partial upfront payment and will also increase the finance amount so you have more purchasing power. This is automatically calculated during checkout.
You can pay your BillEase installments through Coins.ph, direct bank debit, and bank transfer to BillEase bank accounts. BillEase will send payment reminders and instructions on how to pay so you’re always on top of every payment.
No, you do not need a credit card to be eligible for BillEase installment plan.

It normally takes us 1-3 days to process your orders (unless item is marked on pre-order). Depending on your address and shipping method you selected, please see below estimated lead time to receive your package:
Express Shipping: Available for Metro Manila orders only
- You will receive your package the NEXT DAY upon ordering, excluding Sundays.
* Metro Manila/ Greater Metro Manila: 1-3 days upon ordering

Order Issues and Return
We sincerely apologize for any confusion.
If one of the items in your order is on PRE-ORDER basis, our packing team must have partially fulfilled it that is why you've only received part of your order. The rest of your order will arrive in different packages and the shipping costs will remain the same.
In case you do not have a pre-ordered item, please get in touch at email@example.com with your order number and details of missing/ incorrect item.
For orders placed with payment method of GCash/ PayMaya/ Bank transfer, you have one (1) banking day to settle the payment. Unsettled orders will be automatically cancelled. Please send us a message through @glowgirl.mnl on Instagram or Glow Girl MNL on Facebook should there be issues with the payment.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we might get in touch with you to verify shipping details if needed.
Please ensure all shipping and contact info is correct before submitting your order. We do not allow cancellations or modifications of your order due to change of mind once it has been finalized.
